Why Omega Project?

Omega Project offers physical therapy that goes the extra mile. It is a team of therapists who are determined to not only get you out of pain but guide you through the next step in performance and offer preventative solutions, which is often where traditional PT often falls short. By treating the whole person, we can offer an experience to clients that will exceed their expectations and goes beyond what traditional physical therapy feels like. I feel fortunate to be able to work with such a passionate and hard-working group of individuals!

What are some highlights of your career?

Growing up playing a variety of sports, I was always eager to learn more about anatomy and physiology. This led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware, which I graduated from in 2014. From there, I attended Widener University, where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. During that time, I had the opportunity to work with the Cleveland Indians (now Guardians) during the 2017 spring training. In 2024, I became a board-certified sports physical therapist which has allowed me to work both on the field and in the clinic in sports and orthopedic settings with various athletes, including runners, baseball, golf, and soccer from the recreational side to the professional level.

In addition to my clinical background, I am a certified running coach specializing in the half-marathon, marathon, and ultra-marathon distances, blending my clinical expertise with my own running experience. I have served as a clinical instructor to physical therapy students as they complete their doctoral programs, have performed pre-season injury prevention screens for local high school athletes, and have created & implemented golf fitness programs.

What are your hobbies and interests?

When I am not at work, you will probably find me training for my next marathon, visiting craft breweries, and taking trips to the Delaware beaches with my wife, Abby, and our Golden retriever, Murphy. You’ll also find me cheering (yelling) for my eclectic list of sports teams; Los Angeles Rams, New York Mets, Philadelphia Sixers, and New York Islanders.
