Why Omega Project?

Omega is exactly what physical therapy is supposed to be: personalized care in a one-on-one environment that affords knowledgeable clinicians the time to cultivate a perfectly tailored treatment plan to get you back to feeling your best as quickly as possible. As a therapist who has worked in the field for over 15 years, I have had the opportunity to volunteer, shadow, and work in a variety of clinical settings and Omega has absolutely nailed it. The people here are empathetic, smart, and driven and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this community.

What are some highlights of your career?

My physical therapy career began after graduating from the University of Delaware in 2014 and focused primarily on outpatient orthopedics. I have been fortunate enough over the years to have had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings around the country. I was able to progress my dry needling skills while in Chicago, work with professional water sports athletes in Maui, and fine-tune my treatment of the spine while working with dance and cheer athletes in Boston. What this proved to me was regardless of your sport or activity, I thrived off of treating highly motivated and dedicated individuals. Omega fosters this in both its therapists and patients and I am so excited that my career has led me here.

What are your hobbies and interests?

Most days you can find my husband and I chasing around our two daughters, Charlotte and Maya, dressed as a princess or magical creature of some sort. However, when I have time for myself, I love to paddle board, play volleyball, and enjoy some live music wherever I can find it. We also love to travel and Avalon, NJ, Italy, and Maui are some of our absolute favorites.
